Replacement and Refund Policy

For damaged or manufacturing defect products, only replacements are applicable. The customer has to notify of any damage or manufacturing defect within 24hrs of receiving the product.

PROCESS FOR REPLACEMENT

  • If your product is within the replacement window, please send us an email to support@berthaudio.com requesting approval. The support team will respond to the request within 48 hrs with details of where to ship the return.
  • Please self-ship the product within 48 HRS after the replacement request is approved.
  • Please ensure that the product is returned to our warehouse within 72 HRS post-approval with all the accessories and original packaging.
  • Please make sure when you are returning the product, you pack it properly. Berth will not be liable if the product is damaged in transit during return.
  • Once the product is returned and received by the warehouse, the warehouse team will check and ensure everything is correct.
  • Once everything is verified, your replacement will be processed.
  • We usually process all replacements within 48hrs of the warehouse receiving your product return.

A product purchased at Berth will not be eligible for a replacement if the customer is not happy with the look/sound quality of a defect-free product, physical damage or tampering caused by the user.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellations are not entertained for the orders placed/purchased through any offer or discount during special occasions.
  • Users can cancel their placed order until it has not been initiated for the shipment process.
  • There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.

Please note, the company reserves the right to cancel any prepaid or COD orders if we are unable to honor the same for any reason. In cases of prepaid cancellations, the customer will receive a refund within 48-72 hours.

***Products purchased from the Berth website are not eligible for a refund.

If you believe that the packaging of your order has been tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to take delivery of the package and reach out to Berth Customer Service immediately. Berth will dispatch a replacement immediately.

Out of Stock situations
Our endeavour is to ensure that all products listed on the site are available in stock for dispatch to the buyer. However, in case the same is not available for any reason, we are liable to process the refund.

DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

  • Purchases are shipped from our own or third-party warehouses/ stores or offices from various points in India. Our endeavour is to make the products reach you within 7-10 Business days from receipt of order and payment depending on the address for delivery.
  • Order deliveries will be made by our own staff or third-party courier and logistics companies or Postal Services usually between 10.30 am – 7 pm Monday –Saturday.
  • Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. We take no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person other than the person ordering the product at the address indicated at the time of the order.
  • Since the transactions are authorised by the card holder, we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order.
  • We are not responsible for damage of products after delivery.
  • All claims, if any, for shortages or damages must be reported to support@berthaudio.com or customer care mobile number on the day of delivery. Also, the said shortage of goods needs be highlighted and signed on the Proof of delivery copy and returned to the delivery person.
  • In case your order has not been delivered but is reflecting “Delivered” on the tracker, please highlight it within 24 hours or else we will not be able to process your request.

DELIVERY CHARGES

Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.
