Before performing a reset, go to settings and forget the device from your Phone.

1) Tap L&R earbuds 5 times simultaneously, when your hear “power off” put earbuds back in case.

2) Perform a fresh connection attempt and enjoy!

1) Check if the device is in the pairing mode indicated by flashes of LED light on either earbud.

2) Check if the device is in the range of Bluetooth (usually 10m) and if there are any obstructions in between.

3) Check to see if the device being connected supports Bluetooth connection.

1) To charge the earbuds, put the earbuds into the charging case in their correct orientation.

2) During charging, the Orange Led will remain steady On.

To charge the case, plug one end of the cable into the case and connect the other end to a computer or a wall adapter, or a power bank.

Please only use a 5V/1A adapter to charge the case as higher voltage adapters can destroy the battery of the case and Earbuds.

1) Check if the charging pins of the case are clear and there is no obstruction.

3. Check if the pogo pins are clean. You may do so by gently cleaning it with cotton swabs and alcohol.

Double tap any earbud to Play/Pause track, Tap on the right earbuds’s touch sensor 3 times for next track and Tap on the left earbuds’s touch sensor 3 times for previous track.

Tap 4 times on the left earbuds touch sensor to activate google voice assistant/ siri.

Tap 4 times on the right side of the earbuds touch sensor to enter into game mode and again tap 4 times to enter into Music mode.

Long press for 2 sec on either side of the earbuds to enter into ANC mode, long press again for 2 seconds to change to Transparency mode and again for ANC Off.

When an incoming call comes in, double tap the touch sensor on either side of the earbuds. To reject the incoming call long press the touch sensor on either side of the earbuds for 2 seconds to reject the call.

To increase the volume single tap on the right side of earbuds touch sensor. To decrease the volume single tap on the left side of the earbuds touch sensor.
